Every arrangement starts at 4:30 AM in our Sunset Park workshop. Stems come in overnight from farms in the Hudson Valley and Colombia — we sort by color, cut by hand, and build each bouquet to hold for 48 hours in the cooler.

We designed Bloom for the moments when you need something beautiful and the flower shop is closed. A 4 AM anniversary. A neighbor who just got hard news. A Tuesday that needed a reason.
